Distance
Collection to delivery mileage is the biggest driver of price.
Movement type
Trade plate driven movements are priced differently from single-car transporters, multi-car transporters, recovery trucks, and enclosed transport.
Urgency
Standard, priority, and urgent/same-day each carry their own pricing. Book ahead for the best price.
Vehicle condition
Non-runners, vehicles without keys, and accident-damaged vehicles need extra equipment and time, which is reflected in the quote.
During the closed beta, payment terms are agreed individually with each dealer before their first movement — typically bank transfer per movement, or a monthly invoice account for regular volume. Invoice accounts are subject to approval.
Cancellation fees apply only once a driver is already committed to your job (on their way or arrived) — cancelling before assignment costs nothing. The exact amounts are shown before you confirm any cancellation.
